Tonight Hawaiian (kinda) Pizza. I made two. One for me and the boy (his is the plain part) with ham, pineapple, red onion, roasted red pepper, naga morich, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, and cilantro. The wifey gets the same as me without the ham and naga. Booze piccy to follow a little later.

OOOOOTAY.....

Here come dey BRATS!!

Here's a shot of the lineup.....hot-spicy brats, onion, habanero, Mister Mustard, beer (for drinking and cooking!), hoagie buns, and fixins for my Bloody Mary's:

Onions and habs chopped.....notice the bamboo skewers in the brats prior to steaming in a pot of beer. (to keep'em straight! I hate when my sausage gets bent!):lol:
