Beat THAT!

I'll try to beat the hot pocket with this.

Ingredients - venison - (chopped cilantro some went into the chili & poppers, & the sliced ginger went into the poppers)
chile powder on the plate are - guajillo, pasilla, chipotle morita, new mexico chiles, puya, de arbol, smoked serrano. I added all that plus about a tsp of each powder more into the chili.
I wanted a mexican chile chili.
other plate is sea salt, cumin, oregano.

yea I know its canned tomatoes, I wanted fresh but they were 4X the price of that can.

poppers were fresnos, jalapenos, cheese, chopped garlic, fresh ginger slices, large shrimp, bacon wrapped around them, fresh cilantro on top, then more cheese on top.

Awesome! And don't feel bad about canned tomatoes. They are canned fresh and a whole lot of people recommend them for chili.

And Paul, that's just freakin' ridiculous. I love it.

Nice looking meal...I always use canned tomatoes for chili and am of the opinion that there isn't much difference between canned and fresh when used in chili.

Hell no. Alcohol's job is to make us stupid and forgetful. If anything it is always on the win-o-meter! In fact, that is a big fat fail for you Paul for suggesting such a thing!
