Lumpia, reuben paninis, and pastrami sammiches! A very eclectic gathering of flavors!!

Straight in goes both packs of slaw mix.....just a few shakes of soy sauce is all it takes to steam it!

Add the thawed shrimp....allow them to heat up and release their remaining water and drain:

Re-add the cooled sausage....mix while the cabbage is still slightly crispy.....remove from heat and allow to cool:

paul - I dont know fully what you're making but it kinda looks like at least some spring/egg rolls, & what I see so far looks kickass! love the asian food!

My dinner lastnight. I'm drinking ike a fish at the mo so I may post more tonight LOL.

Pizza dough has garlic powder and dried oregano with a squeeze of lemon juice. Base sauce is a new Thai chilli sauce I found at Springvale (Asian suburb). Mozerella and bacon and that's it.
