WOW! Just WOW! Genius minds must think alike! mrs. blues requested not 5 minutes ago I make spring rolls with king crab and some with chicken for tonight. Those HB&R lumpia's look like hot fried monkey love! Funny too, they do taste better the next day reheated for brekkie. The paulky posse rocks!

And that is it my friends.....we continued to eat, but I lost the feeling in my fingers and couldn't operate the camera.... ;)

We watched the Twilight Zone marathon on Syfy and had a big time. I honestly don't remember midnight.....we weren't paying any attention!
 
Holy mother of drunk!! mrs. blues can tell you I love reuben's loooooooong time. Do me up one open faced with extra kraut and cheese! Killer!
 
Ahhhh most excellent Paul! Going to have to make some of those pan fired morsels of love. Sandwiches are a thing of beauty as well. Very very well done!

Thanks, Jay! We even manged to escape w/o burning down the kitchen!
 
Here's a family favorite. Roast Pork Butt with Sauerkraut and Mashed Potatoes. I browned the six lb pork butt with salt and pepper and canola oil in the cast iron. Then I played hide-the-pork-butt and added four lbs of sauerkraut, half a red onion, two Gala apples sliced, two Tbs Caraway seeds, one Tbs Dill, and 1/4Cup Brown Sugar. It all cooks for 8 hrs at 250F and comes out of the oven falling apart. Five lbs of Mashed Potatoes to go with it. Yummmmm!
