Pork Tenderloin = rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked mixed red super hot powder (from my last year's powders):

Simmering sauce = ancho chiles, pasilla chiles, chipotle chiles, onion, garlic, agave nectar, Mexican oregano, chicken broth, lime juice:

Simple goodness!
 
If you still have some left, try crisping some shreds in lard and mix them with non-crisped sheds, then squeeze orange and lime over. Poor man's carnitas.
 
Carnitas are pork cuts cooked in lard in (authentically) copper vats or pots.
 
The inside is moist and soft, the outside is crisp.

I though you had some magic shit for lettuce shreds, sorry ...

I though we were giving lettuce some crispy fried awesome or something I wasn't familiar with ...
