The General Taco thread. All things taco.

So, I've been wandering around the site trying to find a general taco thread. I'm sure it exists but the only thing I ran across was taco tuesdays and tex mex. I have tacos whenever I can. To hell with Tuesdays! So this is a thread to post your badass tacos. Recipe or not. Just put up a pic. All tacos welcome.

My dinner
slow cooked, dry rubbed, and smoked pork shoulder shredded and built with some of Salsa Lady's Chipotle BBQ!





 
Made some tacos last night out of smoked chicken thigh. Also using some taco bell taco pack things with super fake cheese sauce. Was good so I dont even care.

Y'all already know how I feel about lettuce on a taco.
 
Tho' that sheeit on the ground.
 
This is a classic case of choosing death over healthy.
 
In this case I choose teh death.
 
Lettuce, cheapass Costco shredded sscheeze, diced tomato, boxed concrete tortilla's, that sheeit IS American.
 
And I appreciate the style as I've eaten that goodness more than I'd like to admit.
 
But when I want a lifechanger taco like a shrimp, baja style, or bulgogi style, any fuckin' style....
 
I want fine shredded cabbage.
 
And I feel the same way about lettuce on burgers.
 
The TB is still gonna knock the "non-fine" shred. :lol:

It is super thin just wide cut :) I went for the all in 1 crema and put a Serrano in it. Sour cream, mayo, fistful of cilantro, juice of limes, salt, peppers and garlic.

I don't recall All of the goin's on but apparently I also put some scheeze all up in they 'thang.
 

 
The '57 beer butter sauce kicks ass.
