I had to work all day so I marinaded the meat and soaked the mesquite wood and gave the wifey instructions on how to use the smoker and when to start it.
Was just about perfect when I got home from work.

Simple lunch
Avacado drenched in lime juice and seasoned with s&p, tempura battered flake (gummy shark), coriander (cilantro) and spring onion and a hab hot sauce. Lens flare bottom centre
Was tasty and easy to make and light. I can see why The TB includes so much of this type of food in his diet
