I was really very good, despite the simplicity of its ingredients.
 
This fish taco be one of my favorites. Sardines with onion and lemon concentrate much flavor when they work together.

Grilled fresh sardines with olive oil, squeezing lemons over them as they grill, nice grill marks, eat whole like corn on the cob...
 
Fresh sardines to packed is like fresh tuna to canned. You can't compare. Don't hate on sardines until you've really eaten them.
