In the taco world yours will make you harder than Chinese arithmetic with a head on it like a house cat.
 
I myself have rediscovered the use of chuck roast for tacos and burritos.
 
It shreds easily like pulled pork and tastes divine no matter smoked or braised in the oven.

Low budget these days. Seems I've been a day late or a dollar short!!! :)
They tasted amazing that roast was on point!! Have a local butcher friend who supplied it. Was here for the cook he ate 6 monster tacos!! Said he'd give me another as long as it comes with a invite!! Lol
