You can get it fresh cooked in Sarasota.
To meet the min. order requirement of $50, and have something for day three or four after delivery where fresh filet fish wouldn't be fresh amy longer ...
Also, the grouper from them, was sick good.

Cryovac'd fresh fish is the shit ... zero foul odor ...
I loved it. Couldn't believe how improved the experience was compared to even having had to smell the fish monger corner at the window, grocer or fish mart - yuck!
