Taco Tuesday with some leftover brisket, a quick chop on some tomatoes and peppers from the garden(Aleppo & Boyanska Kapiya), some red onion too.  Topped with queso fresca and Some tasty Lava Lips from Smokenfire.   Hit the spot after a busy day at work

3 hour slow simmered pork belly until the liquid reduces to zero then under the grill (broiler) to crisp up.
 
Spring onion, coriander (cilantro) pork belly drenched in lime juice, hot taco sauce, Spanish onion and rough chopped avacado.
