i like them both ways ... the fatty in me like them without lettuce, super diet boy replaces the cheese with lettuce on one round - if two rounds must be eaten ...

i let the water start to heat up on 7 while i rinsed and seasoned the chicken, dropped it down in and shut her up, and then hung around for 3-4 minutes while it hit pressure, and then turned it down to 5.5 and returned to brewing ...
when the alarm sounded, i switched burners and let is cool down (natural release, i believe they call it) for 10 mins, and then it was a piece of cake to lift them out etc ...
i would consider using 1 cup next time, and possible reducing the jus after, but I don't know ...
it's actually a fine application for brining the day before, i think, actually ...
i've actually not brined before, in earnest ... although i have quickie vacuum brined before ...
