Burrito parrilla tonight, love this place.

Really hate uploading from phone....

grilled chicken tacos last night... on corn *bleh. Wrapped some red onion, pablano, bolsa de dulce and some other type of aji in foil and tossed on the grill. Not pictured was some corn on teh cob I made for the rest of the family (I hate corn) rubbed in butter, pepper , cumin and grilled. 
 
Used my roasted Bahamian Bonnet sauce. Yum!

Made some skirtsteak tacos tonight
 
Smoked over alder for about 20 min then it ran out of gas and had to be transferred to charcoal grill.

These cut is very tasty. Here named "entraña". A small piece of fibrous meat that there to back ribs side.
