Last nights supper
over the last couple of days, i've been making pizza stella. stella means star in italian.
i first learned about it after seeing this video which shows a dessert stella with mascarpone, nutella, and strawberries:

here is one of my recreations of it:
of course i did not stop there and had to make normal (savory) stelle as well.
the best one i made had ricotta, tuna, artichoke, onion, and olive stuffed in the crust 'bites'. really outstanding.

A couple batches this weeks suppers.
Rosemary. Caraway mixed in the dough, Mixed hot pepper powder topped on the dough.

last weekend, i had a big pizza party. 12 guests, 16 pizzas baked. too many bottles of vodka. 
i got some new toys: https://doughmate.com/product/artisan-dough-trays-model-adtkit-148/
doughmate "artisan" trays.
the "artisan" line = half-size trays that actually fit in a normal fridge.
it would not have been easy to prepare so many dough balls without them.
i got 4 trays, which means i have a capacity of at least 24 pizzas now
