 That's a sin? Have you seen some of your posts??? Ah well, I will trust the Gorton's Fisherman.

I said I think its a sin.

I never said.

I didn't like sinning.

On another note.

Word to the wise.

Don't post pics.

Or even whisper about.

Frozen boxed.

Oven ready.

Breaded fish.

On a taco.

With cheese.

Maybe quac.

And pineapple.

Sure.

You'll get a few likes.

And then endless taunts will begin.

And you'll run.

Like the wind.

To your hall closet.

Snatch out all of your yellow rain gear.

And watch it burn.

In your hibachi on the back porch.

Hear me now.

Bleed me later.

I had a good sized container of the artichoke/shrimp/oyster topping from cooking on turkey day and decided I wanted to use it for a topping. I found a 10 minute pizza dough recipe and gave it a whirl. I added more yeast, garlic powder, oregano and let it rest longer, here's the recipe.

The topping is basically an artichoke/spinach dip kicked up with chopped shrimp, oyster liquor, blue crab meat, three cheeses and holy trinity simmered with heavy whipping cream and seasoned well. I use it to top char broiled oysters and it's also great with pasta.

This is the sorriest looking dough I've ever made but it worked perfect for the dip. Thin and crispy.

I fired up the oven with the stone for an hour and made a pizza, there's already cheddar. moz and parm in the dip/topping but a little more can't hurt. A little drizzle of evoo and brushed the crust too.

Sliced and I really like the thin crispy crust

The crust did have some bubbles and others were just like a nice toasted bread.

I like that it was thin and didn't realize how much pizza you can eat just snacking and not feel full. I almost ate the whole thing and still have half the dough left to play with while it's rising.

This came out really good and would be excellent for finger food since the dip/topping is just as good cold.

Thanks guys, it was awesome.

I just finished the other one, this is a plain jane topping pizza. I didn't have pizza sauce but used a can of Hunt's stewed tomatoes and added onions, bells, mushroom, candied jalapenos topped with shredded moz and parm then grated some more parm.

Not bad at all for a cabinet pizza. The dough didn't rise enough to be a Neopolitan style but it was better than most thin crust pizzas I've had.

Be what it is.

But it be.

Almost 8 billion people on this rock.

Not even one among that horde of humans.

Doesn't like pizza.

Thats a fact.

Best plates.

Because.

The apackolips.

No 'lectricity.

No running water.

And you're sitting on 2 pallets of Dixie's.

And eating SPAM.

Like royalty.

Meanwhile....

Your neighbors.

Out of ramen.

Are sacrificing and cooking their own children.

And eating their flesh off of burnt logs.

The horror.

Then again.

If you're Dr. Hannibal Lecter.....

They forgot the eggs and sausage.

From the article.

"Pizza is made to be enjoyed as a savory food. It's supposed to be greasy, cheesy, and salty. That's why pineapple on pizza is always a point of contention for people—is it too sweet? Do those tastes belong together?
Lamanna's Bakery in Toronto, Canada, created a pizza that puts the whole pineapple debate to shame. Forget fruit—Lamanna's tops its Hot Cakes slice with a full-fledged breakfast."

One of my Throwdown crowns was a breakfast pizza.

Sauce was Hollandaise, thin layer of eggs like a plain omelette, bacon, sausauge, ham, peños, etc and cheese.

Yeah I won that shit.

Breakfast pizza: good.

I'll eat pineapple on pizza, I prefer pepperoni with it instead of northern ham tho. LOL
