Ok, so we tried again

Here's the chef...(Shortly before giving up at pushing dough and switching to prepping toppings instead.  fml dough is frustrating to work with)

Ham and Pineapple for my Mom.  I don't like H and P but there are a few of us who do, so we always make one.

All in all, we had (From bottom to top): Pepperoni, Deluxe, Mexican Taco (salsa, ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce, guac, sour cream, cilantro on the side) another deluxe and then H and P.  Not shown is a goat cheese one for my lactose intolerant sis.

My 16 year old son made a pizza tonight and I asked him to put some jalapeno's from the garden on my half of the linguisa pie. Oh and this is my wife's homemade secret pizza sauce. :P
Better than I could do at 16!

Guud luukin' pizza's all up in this joint.

SC that whole wheat thin crust is just my style.

Looks like a perfect crisp on the crust.

Shits outta' control up in this thread!

Who knew that there were so many killer pizza makers on THP?

I did.

Pizza and hot stuff go together like cold beer and bbq.

Then again hot stuff and pizza and cold beer is pretty dang killer in its own right.

What good be better?

Hot stuff and pizza and cold beer and DATE NIGHT!

BOOM!

Yeah.

That just happened.

Beautiful pies!

I can't tell you how good balsamic caramelized onions are on a pie. A place here does it. Sweet goodness. You don't even need sauce.

THP I know you don't post many pics of stuff and I understand.

You're a busy guy and I can't imagine the work that goes into making this forum what it is. I really have no clue.

Would you mind however posting some links to some of joints that you dig?

No matter if its pizza, dogs, asian, or whatever.

I reckon if the place passes muster with you then its gotta' be pretty dang goodern' hell.

NYC is a food mecca but most of us here will never get the opportunity to experience it.

You live there.

Throw us a few crumbs.

We like crumbs!

I'll get that pie in the next few days and post. :)

And I'll post some fish tacos and other stuff I eat too.

I agree about the sauce I was in debate. Ended up tossing some peeled maters in the food processor with some fresh garlic, oregano and salt.
