Fresh seafood is going to be important...

I just realized that I had my 1st and only conch fritter four years ago - today! weird!
 
I think a Fish Dish Throwdown would be fun. So many varieties to play with, and so many creative people.  I've been amping to make Salmon Sausage!

No joke, this morning I bought some conch at the seafood market to make conch salad for dinner tonight. 
 
It might make a surprise appearance on DC if all goes according to plan.
