I've just kneaded 1,7kg of dough that's enough for 8 normal pizze, now on fridge. I tried to make something ok or both for Ferrari oven and normal one not knowing what we are going to cook, maybe it won't be ok for any method. Pretty standard dough, i wanted to use some powder on it, maybe another time... Also i'm going to make panielli on sunday before going out for lunch so i won't skip the cake. :D
