I don't know what "auth-y" is but Gramma was greta at 4 things: Chili, Flour tortillas, Tamales and Sunnyside up eggs (they had to be sunny side up so grandpa knew when he had enough BP on them... black so you couldn't see the yolk anymore. I can't make this shit up.)
 
Anyway, of all that she was great at, all I make of hers is the Chili. I don't even do pintos in the crock pot like she did. LOL
