Okay, cool ...
Something like, what Mexican means to you. It's almost a disservice to label cuisines. Mexico obviously has more than tacos and the fare we know, and Cali and Texas have their own, etc. Mexico even has a popular bacon wrapped turkey hot dog called a Dreamboat. So, if it's Mexican "to you" it's cool.
I have a region's cuisine in mind, so it would likely be a bit more of what I'd like Mexican to mean to me, than what's it's previously meant to me (#OEP) ... LOL.
Post the journey from OEP lol...
I have an idea for this one ... and I'm doing a good job knocking out my work-work ... so I think I might make it it a priority this weekend.
