Whereda' cocktail sauce at?
 
Those shrimps look super wombat yumbo.
 
Joint in Vegas across the street from the Wynn, StripBurger, used to serve a big bucket of U-Peelem's on ice with a shit-ton(official SoFlo measurement) of cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
 
Always super fresh and killer.
 
Sadly though, in a town like the big dry ditch of Las Vegas, its actually hard to find a good shrimp cocktail.
 
Those were fresh out of the pot pre cocktail making. The wife and I knocked back that 3 pounds like it was our last meal. The other 2 pounds went into a batch of ceviche for later today! Fresh shrimp are so good, especially the sweeter ones from certain US areas. 
 
Man I would eat bigass shrimps like that every day if I could.
 
And those look big too.

Or is it the bowl that makes them look big?
 
Ok, after a burger TD need something healthier...

So, i was saying healthy... The problem is that i was going to have grilled meat with friends... So i sticked to tuna and shrimps from Argentina! Marinade time!

Marinade with: whiskey, 1 and half lemon juice, a cut head of garlic, salt, black pepper, dried annuums, oregano, thyme, parsley, fennel leaves, turmeric powder (directly from India!).
6 hours of fridge, 4 outside.
 
In middle i had to lunch...

What's better than some gazpacho? With fresh basil (and was very tasty!), tabasco and worchestershire sauce!
 
Fast forward, set fire, cook meat, then at last cook my stuff (plus last 2 pieces of pork loin):

Marinated uncooked tuna color was one of the most awful thing i ever saw... Due to turmeric it seemed completely artificial, it seemed a rotten tumor!
 
But after cooking was good!

Ah, not in pics, i had some polenta too, that stuff is awesome even with fish!
 
Thanks guys, that stuff surely needs refinement, i'm not used to cook shrimps or marinade, but wasn't bad at all.

Maybe not pescetarian, but chicken is not unhealthy and i'd hit that!
 
Btw... Here a fried stuff, but if fried correctly maybe is healthy. :P
I didn't do that, but it's a classic of where i live...

Simply mince pumpkins flowers with a mixture of water, salt and flour. Here some eggs had been used too. And deep fry!

Just to have some heat i put some tabasco sauce. Good but a bit overwhelming in flavour.

I'd need double that amount of butter though with the juice of a whole lemon in it with the lobster

And asparagus is the perfect item to go with it.
