Speaking of Chic Peas.  Here is a blended CP soup with home made french bread.  I soaked the CP over night and simmered this am.  Added celery, onions, bell peppers, rosemary, thyme and basil from the garden/freezer.  Cardamon, fenugreek, bay leaves, hot/mild pepper powder/flakes and a lil ginger.  Pulled the bay leaves and blended.
 
 
lol, nice , have not had a chance to make any bread for a while.
 
Today's lunch.
Chick Pea blitzed with Whole Red Hab ( see specs), Fish, Spinach, Seasoning, Brown Mushrooms, Rosemary.

I have been making way to much cream of garden/potato lately.  That's why I wanted to try chic peas.  Then it tastes so good I skipped the meat.  That was first for me besides tomato.  She actually texted me on her way home and asked, "what meat do you want me to pick up for the soup"?  I said, "were skipping the meat"...she says "whaaaaa...are you sure"???
 
Absolutely the best pho in chicago.  Do not waste your time at tank noodle or pho 888 or pho lily.  Pho Viet is the best.
