That's it getting some lamb today, that looks awesome man! Braised lamb shanks for dinner tonight or tomorrow.
That sounds like a great idea, Braised lamb shanks are so freaking tasty!

I pulled a lamb shoulder out of my freezer yesterday. I'm going to smoke it tomorrow for some pulled lamb tacos.

I'll probably be picking up another box of lamb from Costco soon. $100 for a whole butchered box of New Zealand lamb right now. Can't beat that price for a whole 30lb. lamb.

My wife wanted breakfast for dinner, so here is s rehash of Sunday's breakfast. Chorizo and eggs, french toast, bacon, pan fried potaoes, and roasted and peeled Hatch green chiles. A generous coating of cotija was also applied. Maple syrup was drizzled on the french toast, post photo.

Damn thats some good value lamb TGCM!

Ive been looking into it since you mentioned it to me a while, going to be doing this myself in the new year after i move. Bit pricier but always wanted to try some saltbush lamb and think this is the perfect way to do it. I also like the idea of my money going directly to the farmer...

Kickass meals mate, they all look fantastic!

Una parrillada Argentina

Tira de asado, chinchulines, morcilla, chorizo, y un chimichurri casero picante.

My wife also made an asian style avocado dressing for the salad.

My next of kin is eating well tonight!!!

Space them out a little more. Mine are less that 2 years apart and having a 2 year old and a newborn isn't any fun, I promise
I believe you, byt we can't wait too long, if we want a second. My wife will be having this one at 37 years old.

Blackened flounder, littleneck clams steamed in an aji limo/nitrate free organic bacon/white wine sauce, roasted carrots, and roasted potatoes/nitrate free organic bacon/brussels sprouts.

Congrats, man! I didn't know that you guys found out if it was going to be a boy or a girl! That's awesome, dude. Really happy for you!

She's gonna be eating like a princess too! Last time we had "blackened" fish at my house was only because I forgot to take the frozen fish sticks out of the toaster oven ;)
