Thanks, gotta love Cuban food! I could have really used some patacones or tostones on the side, but plantains are super loaded with carbs.

Mussels and baby portabellas in an aji limo/aji dulce spiked sofrito/butter/white wine sauce. Steamed artichoke, and garden salad topped with feta crumbles, sesame/rocoto vinaigrette, dusted with merkén.

I love me some ropa vieja or as we call it in PR tasajo. Throw in an egg and some caramelized onions and boom you can blow up my front door steal my guns and I maybe not even get up from the dinner table.
