oh yeah, definitely standard supermarket thai hots and i labeled each jar of concentrate i made as such. I made about 1200ml of concentrate out of that bag. Not too shabby. i even canned up some guava in preparation for my Jamaican hot sauce. Now i need scotch bonnets and i'm all set.
