Everyone's creation all looked simply scrumptious and as someone said, a heart attack waiting to happen. But I still have to say, mine tasted the best of all. :)

You chose rum, I chose tequila, and I used both - tequila in the burger and in the beans - hoo ya!

Looks and sounds yummy - I'll be giving it a try after I get over the rum/tequila-induced hangover! You'll have to let me know what you think of the espresso, too. Note - you really can't taste the espresso in this - mostly pure rum and choc.
