There is no rule against voting for yourself since there is no way to stop it. If it does become a close race I would advise the competitor to do the same to even it out. So plan accordingly.

"Cornmeal Pizza with Wild Shrooms" for me. You guys need to read this one. It's a chilihead pizza showcasing peppers with rustic flavors and some serious complexity with sweetness (honey) earthiness (shrooms) saltiness (prosciutto) and tequilla for originality. Man I want to try that pie. You sir created an amazing pie.

Before this TD I was not familiar with PIC 1 but now I know you as Pizza King. Cheers.

I agree, it is complex and I think prob. would showcase itself if put on the palette. I just had to have me some ribs and stuffed, fried poblano's!!!

I wanted to take this to another level. I could have made a Chicago's "Lou Malnati's" deep dish. that only requires a 425 temp. oven.
I've got the recipe down pat..... although I thought there'd be other Chi style pizza'a floating about......what do I know....

Once again I am glad I didn't decide to enter my first throwdown!! Zdecker's looked really good, and I liked the idea of the hotter crust, but it was the custom grind venison that did it for me!

Well breakfast is the most important meal of the day... I voted Scovie. I like to eat a huge breakfast and come out of the other side of my coma after a pot of coffee. That za is coma worthy.

Sooooo many choices and each one an awesome combination of flavors and heat. we had everything from Mild to Wild and in the end my vote went to Sum cause i JUST LOVE me some Scallops and when a Filet is thown in on top, just had me a beer and leave me alone.
