I am using 3 four foot lights .$9 each from the depot with 40 watt bulbs

I made a wooden frame for them and hung it from a chain so that I can raise it little at a time.

That under the canopy shot is amazing! Messes with my plans for this season. I was going to try many compact plants, but I'll have to grow at least a few monsters. I grew the Guam Boonie last year. I got six foot tall plants with barely any fruit. Great pepper, but I won't grow them again until I have way more room. Can't wait to see more...

Thank you Silver, Most were started mid January. About a month ago, Most sprouted in a week or less some took 2 weeks..A friend is sending me a Capsicum Ciliatum pod. They have yellow flowers, I cant wait to start it. Have any of you guys grown it before? I heard its a mild pepper,But wondered the flavor and plant size.Well mostly flavor.Size doesnt matter,or so the girls tell me. ;)

Thanks man. That site has a lot of great info and sells a lot of rare peppers as well. I ordered from him a couple times. I also really like the bonchis that he has growing. I plan at trying my hand at that at season's end.

Wow Wayright! Nice pic! I grew Bhuts last year too, but I'm a container gardener so they weren't hardly that big. They produced a lot of peppers though. I hate that they start to produce so late in the season. I still had many green ones on the plant when the weather turned too cold and looked like it burned them. Bringing them inside doesn't work for me as I don't have adequate light inside and I usually have 60 - 70 plants on my porch. No way to bring all of those into my apartment! My Trinidad Scorpion plants were tough though. They survived and were covered with so many peppers. I had more of them than any other pepper last year.

Yea that one bhut gave me well over 100 pods,Not including the green ones I had to pick before the first frost. .Last year was awesome because our first frost didnt come till late Nov. If this thread was called '09 I could show off some hella pics. What the hell,I cant resist!! Carribean Red

Once again my light setup is 3 four foot flour's

Closer shot,Notice that I have to move faster growers to diff trays and raise slower ones so that the light is always a couple inches or so away from tops.
