With all the dairy it was not that hot for the wife and I. Two peppers would have made it not as yummy though.

I tend to opt for green Tabasco on mine but that's just me. Don't think I've ever had a hot mac and cheese.
On the other hand, I did cook up some enchiladas using a homemade Chilhuacle Negro salsa the other night and, despite being rather on the mild side, it came out pretty well. Definitely got their deep, rich flavour coming through with its hints of cocoa and unsmoked tobacco. I wouldn't have it all the time but it was a very enjoyable variation on one of my favourite meals. Just wish I'd left out the coriander.

noodles with frozen stir fry asian veggie mix, and a sliced fresh datil sweet on top and Shoreriders
Skullburner strawberry Rocoto sauce 
 
this sauce is unique in that it takes on a different flavor depending on what you serve it with 
in this meal it was slightly sweet like an asian plum sauce, with that rocoto flavor thats hard to describe but if you've had rocotos you recognize 
very nice mouth glow, not too hot but has some heat

Simple but tasteee.
Potato pancake thickened with BRF, fried in Olive oil till crispy. Added a sweet sour chili mix and leftover cheddar.
