This one marinated for 3 days in a more simple marinade. LKK double fermented soy sauce, raw sugar and Chinese rice wine. Basting sauce was authentic with the addition of a orange hab and a little more honey. Weather hasn't cooperated lately so i used the oven instead of standing outside in the cold ass rain. 
Looks delicious!
Not sure what to call this since it is similar to 2 Chinese dishes. So i will call it Twice Cooked Kung Pao Pork!!! Left over Char Siu, celery, onion and red cabbage. Sauce is 1 tbs Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbs hoisin, 3 tbs LKK Kung Pao sauce, 1 tbs hot sauce and about 1/2 tbs of Korean pepper flakes. Gunna need to kick the heat up a notch next time.
I wasn't even going to post this but dayum these Fresh Thyme chicken jalapeno sausages got some kick to them. They must be 4-5 times hotter than the Johnsonville jalapeno cheddars.
Is that soup on a plate?
Tasty Bite vegetable tikka masala. It went surprisingly well with the sausage.

I made two lemon drop powders. One had just a little orange hab powder in it. It seems i wasn't paying attention when i grabbed the bottle.
This was hot for me! Prima Taste Singapore curry noodles with cuttlefish balls, leftover jalapeno chicken sausage, fried tofu and red onion. Oh and a small splash of Red Boat 40N.
I tell you what, those sausages cooked on the grill are stellar in this curry.

G.I.P's 7+ layer Chicken taco salad;
1st layer
2nd layer
3rd/4th layer (not everyone like both beans and rice in their taco salad )
5th + chips crushed (i used cool ranch Doritos) and sliced olives
6th shredded taco seasoned chicken and peppers
7 + sliced Avocado
and finally, dusted in rocoto powder, and topped with a dollop of sour cream

Looks like Pollo Con Chile Verde. The jalapenos from Fresh Thyme Market have been wonderfully hot everytime ive bough them and they only cost 77cents a pound.
I saved some of that (before it was cooked down) for salsa. Just tried it today and i think i got a chubby
Blend with some olive oil and then pulse with a little avocado and cilantro.
