Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey, smoked Gouda, couple pieces of Bacon, roasted  and peeled Elephant Ear peppers,
finished with Rocoto-Loco Hotsauce  :hotsauce:
 
served with Corn Chowder with Poblanos and Anaheims in it and a few fresh chacoense pods
 
and some charred Jimmy Nardellos

Brazilian Coconut Beef Curry.
 
Curry (including onions, carrots, garlic and ginger) done, Bells lightly pan fried, and fresh greens ready to go.

Beef rump steak trimmed, cubed then seasoned with my own rub mix, and seared until brown.

Beef added to the Curry, and left to simmer for one and a half hours until beef is tender.

Greens and bells added for ten minutes to slightly soften.

Done, heavy on the greens and beef just as I'd planned. Topped with Pineapple Rocoto, fresh spring onions and served on a bed of white rice

The recipe can be found here, I substituted the chicken for beef. Well worth making and quickly becoming a favorite.

Had the craving for kimchi jjigae again beacuse i had some nice ripe kimchi i made with Taiwanese cabbage. Served with Akita Otome short grain rice. I cant bring myself to buy it at the restaurants anymore for over $11 for a much smaller portion. Plus mine rocks. :D
