Had the craving for kimchi jjigae again beacuse i had some nice ripe kimchi i made with Taiwanese cabbage. Served with Akita Otome short grain rice. I cant bring myself to buy it at the restaurants anymore for over $11 for a much smaller portion. Plus mine rocks. :D

Looks great. What seasoning is on the rice?

Today i was far too bored so i thought: why don't i cook garlic gnocchi?
People here thinks that i am completely nuts, but, ffs, why haven't i done that before?
This is my second or third time that i make gnocchi...

2 heads of garlic, 1 really big. Peppers are 1 jalapeno brown, 1 datil, 1 dedo de moca. Butter and some sage.

I just melt butter then put vegetables.

Made gnocchi as normal ones with needed flour. Used farro for the sake of it.
I added also a bit of black pepper cause seemed right to me.

Looks great my friend! I've had roasted garlic gnocchi and they were amazing. Cheers

Fry your peppers in garlic and oil until toasty then add some of the marinara and stir, place aside. When the dish is done put a dollop on top, then cheese, and let your guests mix it in...

Ricotta filled Ravioli drizzled with a little olive oil and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, Aji Pineapple powder and a little fresh Parsley from the garden.

These (frozen) Ravioli are from a small local supplier. They are as close to homemade as you can get without making them yourself and they taste almost exactly like homemade ones I've had. Yes, I know you can't see them because they are covered in Parmesan........deal with it.
