I think they were trying to simulate steam cleaning the rail car followed by rapid cooling, and still needed to damage the shell to make it work.

I wish I had one, they make them for my mower but I don't know if I could take the embarrassment driving around in a little saran-wrap tent on my mower. Hahahaha

On the other hand, when you blow the wrong way into a breeze, the snow powder glazing you recieve is quite friggen sobering. :rofl:

I know blowback, man...I drive a walk-behind. They make plastic screens for those too, my wife threatens me with them, but they suck. Half your time is spent wiping snow off them.
 
That thing has a kind of...Popemobilishness to it, don't you think?

Wow, blind weather squirrels found a nut! It's blizzarding here today. North Dakota is CLOSED. An hour ago it was 35 degrees. Right now, 23 and sinking.
