1980 i was 14 :P spring chicken...well a gamey chicken at that

1980 my dad was 17  I didn't pop out for another 6. I came out the same year as the original Nintendo :)

turned 16 in '80 - loved Space Invaders!

nice pics. I had (and lost) some great pics from some really big bushfires from about 8 or 9 years ago when Sydney was surrounded by fires. it was Christmas Day 2001 and looked like Armageddon where I lived with red and black sky in the mid afteroon, it was a great sight but a bit scary, many people lost their homes.

Nice pics you guys. I actually find an odd peaceful beauty with winter. I was out squirrel hunting yesterday afternoon. (Starting to think my name should be squirrel:lol:.) It was cold, but I spend alot of time outdoors and I actually felt comfortable and just enjoyed my time out. Nothing like walking through the middle of the woods by yourself with peace and quiet and alot of snow for scenery.

Shotz. winters in Baltimore can be quite brutal, I took this pic from the front office of the nut factory and if I'm not mistaken that is the Dominos pizza man bringing my pie, and the best way to get it is with pepperoni , sausage , onion and banana ring peppers.

Dang my wife and I want to move to Alaska. If Baltimore is that barren and cold I should reconsider;):P:.lol...J/K..lol!!

If I could pick 3 different eras I would have like to grow up in #1 would be during the Viking reigns 800 to 900 ad # 2 the wild west if i was 16 yrs old in 1868 and # 3 if I was 16 in 1940 and was able to fly a P-51 in WWII and after the war was over I became best friends with Hugh Hefner since I had saved his life in battle. I know that I'm sick in the head but , there really isn't a cure....

I would have liked to have grown up in the Tudor period as a Princess so I could live in one of those fairytale castles

Those fairytale castles were pretty cold in winter time. No water closet. No warm shower. Laundry at the little creek behind the house. Paradise!

Oh, well, they had heralds, minstrels and carrier pigeons. You made a post and just two weeks later you had the answer! Nice chatting!

RB: Don't forget about the chastity belt you would have to wear as long as your prince would be on a crusade!

we keep getting temps of -20 then -2 the next day, so when it warms up a shitload of snow falls overnight then you have to shovel it the next morning in the freezing cold... and most cities have switched from salt to dirt so the roads are awful and everything is covered in disgusting dirty snow...altogether winter is pretty for about a day then its six months of uggo.
