OK, I think I broke them already!

*mental note for next time: don't put them outside for a source of light... even if it is overcast.*

yeh, I'd say it was probable....
blue tounges have those markings but smoother scales,
stumpy tails have the courser scales and that shape head but no stripes?????
from what I can see of the tail, it looks half way between the two.....

Well he had a dark mouth, maybe blue?? And a stubby tail. He was missing a rear foot too. I told him he was welcome to stay in my backyard and eat all the bugs.

edit: I talk to my plants too. :scared:

I noticed a Scotch Bonnet TFM hook from a seed I sowed 38 days ago this past morning. I arrived home in the evening to find 2 out of the 4 seeds I sowed 19 days ago hit the surface as hooks.

Cool lizard, when i was a kid i used to catch blue tounges and apply gold paint to thier backs.
Used to know when i had caught the same one. :D

Hey gassy, your clones would have been ok if you had halved the leaves, like they do with mullies!

Hi guys haven't been on here for ages, been super busy with my business and family life as well as starting to plant out seedlings!!!

Gas with the cloning def do what Nova said next time. Slice all the leaves in half and put it in a humidity dome. You really want the soil to be sterile also so you might find using rockwool better. I use the purple cloning gel which works really well and water the clones with CCS - a rooting hormone. It just helps the roots develop quicker.

Few Updates:

Well all my plants at my mums is looking good except for a few torn leaves. She ran out with an umbrella early one morning for them because there was a hail storm. I don't know if I would have done that for them
Planted one of my garden beds at home. About 4 disappeared and I then figured out it was snails so put down some pellets and now they are frothing at the .. foot!

Gave my farmer his plants (about 1000). they weren't looking the best but hopefully they pull through.

Will have my plants for sale ready next month and they are looking great and going crazy.

And wait for it, best news of all.... My extreme sauce "Incinerator" just won first place at the USA based hot sauce Competition The Scovie Awards! So excited.

I will add some photos in the next week or so of my plants, just hard to find time to upload them to photobucket. Wish there was a quicker and easier way that we could just post them straight on here from our computer without editing!

Anyway glad to see everyones plants are going great. Keep up the good work guys
