Thats the system I was looking at using. I think the guy said there was a couple of different sizes but I was looking at the biggest ones I could get. The only difference was I was going to make my own stand but at $189 for the full setup it's worth getting it!

When you figure out the Fungal/Bacterial problem make sure you let me know ;)

Yeah I got them to make it bigger so the plants wouldn't be so close. So to make it 1mx1m it cost $210. To have an 8 pot system all in one it would've been $439 so that's why I just went with the 3 x 4 pot systems.

Yeah if any of you guys figure out the problem make sure you let me know too, I don't know if I'll get around into looking into it much further atm.
 
I have prop to get em started but nothing else so I reckon if I put em in the hot water system wardrobe with a grow light, I might have a chance.
 
Im thinking about cracking out the old 400 watt hps, gotta make a little grow cupboard first though. Lucky we have heaps of pallets next door.

Thought I would give Chilli Focus a burl this year for my seedlings, so I ordered a bottle from Candice, and so far, I
must say that I am quite impressed!

As you can see, I even had to do an early "in between" pot-up for my Aji Amarillo as it won't stop growing. :shocked:

Nah, the price on it's own, $15 for a litre, isn't actually that bad - especially considering I usually pay $14 for a litre of Triple Boost! It's the postage which is the killer! Was talking to Candice though and she has an idea on how to save on postage for next time.... :dance:
 
Will be soaking seeds ready for round two tonight. :dance:

On not such a good note though, it's been about two and half weeks now and so far CGN 22794, Pimenta Da Neyde, NuMex Twilight and Omnicolor have yet to pop. :(

One more each of: CGN 22794, CGN 22795, CAP 501, and C. Chacoense (unknown).

One each of: Bombay Morich, Douglah, Trinidad Scorpion, and T Scorp ButchT.

Definitely gotta get one of these going: CGN 21500.

And let me see - really wanna get at least one each of these bad boys going too: Datil x Limon, T Scorp x Pimenta Morango, and Naga Morich x Tabasco (thanks Grant!!)

Yeah I've just decided to put my 4yr old on a preservative free diet to see if it improves his behaviour. Took me hours to do the food shopping to find stuff that didn't have any of the nasty numbers in it!

It's just the number given by the seed banks.

If you just want to keep them alive and not growing/fruiting etc how about just a cheap fluoro setup. You could probably pick up a second hand one at your local flea markets and then just buy a couple of new bulbs. If they are seedlings this will be perfect and they will grow.

I dare say you could pay much less if you shop around too (markets as Candice has suggested, or even second-hand stores)!

And seeing as I have started so early, I think I may have to get another going myself....
