contest New Year's TD Ideas

I am down for just a cocktail TD instead of food

granted I love food

BUT

I did write a mixed drink and martini list for a fine dining restaurant for 5 years, gotta show dat skill
 
Meh. The thing about cocktails is that they basically all look the same - here's some liquid in a glass. The liquid may be different colors, or clear vs. opaque, but it's still liquid in a glass. Unless, of course, you foo it up, but then it becomes more about the foo rather than the drink.

Nice thought, but you are referring to the measurement of time through a human perspective. Time, if it does exist, always moves. And, it moves differently depending on the observer's frame of reference. If you were to fall into a black hole, time for you would appear to be linear. If I was to observe you falling into a black hole, you would appear to slow down as you approached the event horizon, since it is taking longer for the photons that can still escape the gravity to bounce off you to reach me eyes. Eventually, you would get sucked in, but from my spacial frame, you would appear to have stopped at the event horizon, since light can no longer be reflected off you once you pass that point.

So...time, and the observation thereof is rather subjective, even when we apply objective measurements.

Yeah..... I used packaged dough mix. Once. Years ago. Then I learned how to cook.

LOL - I'm from Tejas, too, as are TB, LB, and others. Be sure not to bring a pea-shooter - you're going to need something much bigger than that! :cool:
