Take my word I have eaten both. The Trinidad was NASTY hot, like unbearable. There is alot of hype around the Bhut because of media coverage. The Scorpion is way hotter. My buddy who has eaten both agrees that the Scorpion is WAY hotter, he is the one thats said its twice as hot and I agreed.
Not as hot as Trinidad Scorpions. Ate a Bhut today and while it was hot it didnt compare to the pain the Butch T Scorpion I have eaten. I am willing to wager that if they ever test a Scorpion liek they did the Bhut it will be almost twice as hot.
My Scorpion plant is a Butch T plant as well and the guy I gave it to was Laotian too. I did not see him eat it though so I m thinking he might be lying. I am tempted to give him another one and share the experience with him to see what happens.
I have some pods that are totally red now so do I need to pull them or will they be ok on the plant for a while? Is it better to let them sit on the plant ripe or will that kill the heat/flavor?
Hey Im fine thanks. We have had alot of rain and I actually got some hail damage on my car but not real bad. Thanks for thinking of me though, I hope all is well with you.
Well I live on the third floor of an apartment building and cant really get rain water all that much. Im only growing about 12 plants so it wouldnt be that bad on me if its better than than tap.
A friend of mine gave me a Red Dragon Venus Flytrap and said to only used distilled water for it. At that point I asked about my Scorpions and Nagas and he said he wasnt sure about those. So is it better to use distilled water for peppers also?

My Scorpion I tried to winterize is slowly dying and I want to replace it. These guys claim to have the plants but Im always skeptical. Anyone know any sites that are tried and true I can get an actual plant from?
Without reading the articles, I am at work and cant right now, I have always heard/read/whatever that they are hot because mammals digest the seeds. Birds on the other hand do not digest the seeds so they do not feel the heat and can eat them and when they drop they are still intact and can grow...
