wanted Bahamian Goat Peppers or Seeds

I'm glad you did. I have some of what was advertised as BGs, but they taste like soap so I wouldn't send to an enemy.

    wanted Jay's Peach Ghost/Bhut Scorpion

Wanted: Fresh Jay's Peach Ghost/Bhut Scorpion. My slightly old seeds seem to have lost their vitality. I'm looking for fresher seeds that have that unique peachy color. (Or even slightly off-color.) I have some seeds or pods to trade, notably fresh Fatalii and Shattah (these little guys...

    holes in reapers?

You haven't a clue about growing peppers and you start with Reapers, which even if you succeed are f*g inedible.   Are you aware of your damage?           No, of course not.

nutrients What nutrients should I use?

IME peppers like more nitrogen than tomatoes.  General rule of thumb: 3:1:2 or a multiple thereof.    And I agree, don't assume that fertilizers are required at all.  If the soil pH is okay, the plant will be able to get what it needs directly from the soil for several months, even in a container.

All 50 have CCW?  Cool.  Texas has got a form of open carry now.

    Help me save my plants!!

BigB, Butch Ts are somewhat finicky.  Like some other superhots (reaper, primo) they seem to be sensitive to fert and pH imbalance, possibly requiring an abnormal amount of certain nutes.    Japs are like weeds.  Anyone can grow them.  Heck, birds grow them.  Good thing they're so rewarding...

    Help me save my plants!!

I've grown fatalii in Georgia.  They - at least the basic variety, I don't know about these froofy white perverts - is solid, prolific, and well adapted to the GA and FL climates.  Any problem you have growing them is with you, not with fatalii.   Ablizno, Jay's Peach Bhut Scorpion is a...

Is this mold? Help a newbie, please!

Moscow!  Welcome to Texas!    So far the plant looks good.  I agree with the comments about overwatering.  Fortunately the plant is big enough that damping off (a fungal infection) is unlikely.  The problem with overwatering is that it does bad things to roots, retarding growth.  Your growing...

Too much Hydrogen Peroxide can the plant recover?

Bullcookies and moose hockey.    I told you it was a goner and I told you why.  Stop promulgating poor reasoning.

Is it OK to change light temperature mid grow (HIDs)

To all accounts, peppers aren't nearly as sensitive to spectra as marijahooky.  (There's even considerable debate as to whether the evil weed istself is all that sensitive.)    That said, bulb1 is quite red at 2000K, but it has considerable more lumens.  Bukb2 is in the nominal sweet spot at...

    Help me save my plants!!

Crinkly or bubbley leaves indicate a Ca or Mg deficiency, which might be from low Ca/Mg or from a high soil pH.  Super-hot chinense like reapers and Butch T are particularly susceptible, but fatalii isn't all that susceptible.  When I've seen a problem, it hasn't been in fatalii.  The spots of...

These are supposed to be Butch T's

Yep, temp makes a big difference.   I keep my house about 65oF in the winter.  (Unless it's warm out.  This is Texas.)  I don't germinate at room temp, and neither should anyone living in Maine.  Find somewhere warm, like the top of a cable box or inside an oven with a pilot light.  I use a...

What's the best way to fert my plants?

Hmmm a search on remington1612 keeps turning up references to Ruger Mini-14 and friends.    Why do I keep having visions of Apocalypse Now mercs growing veggies out behind the temple?

seeds Light burn on seedlings ?

"hardening off" refers to acclimatizing a plant to direct sun and other outdoor conditions such as wind.    The term you are groping for is "damping off" which is a fungal infection of the stem usually brought about by too-damp soil.

What's the best way to fert my plants?

Mr. GG, that's fair advice - if one lives in California.    Did you read the OP?

    Will these chile transplants survive?

Whether they can survive outside is purely a function of the weather.  If it freezes or frosts, they will take damage.  If it gets cold enough that the roots or crown (mulch is good) get anywhere near freezing then they are toast.  Fortunately in-ground plants in climes such as yours stand a...

seeds Light burn on seedlings ?

Seedlings are more delicate.  Keep the temp below 90 if you can.  95 is marginal.  But this shouldn't be an issue if you have good air circulation.  High temps usually occur in enclosed setups like germinating flats.

seeds Light burn on seedlings ?

With close T5s worry more about temperature than lumens.    I doubt that is sunburn.  Overall they look quite good.   [hr]   CAPCOM, what is a "CCW state"?

Too much Hydrogen Peroxide can the plant recover?

You would lose that bet.  As I said, I've used undiluted 3% for years with no bad effects, either on sprouts or in soil.   To be accurate, though, I don't put it on leaves - not because I shouldn't but because there's no point.  Do you see any leaf burn?  (If the main stem is compromised the...

    Cutting question

I twigged to something last night.    Every single Haas avocado tree is a clone of a single tree.  Haas clones have been made from clones for the past 80 years, making current clone DNA 90 years old.   Now, perhaps there is an absolute lifespan implied by the little shoelace caps.  The more...
