I'm wondering if I should keep picking off the flowers of my plants while they are inside over winter?   Right now I have 2 "32 watt T8 48 inch Daylight" fluorescent bulbs over my plants. Is that enough light to support fruit, or will my plants struggle?   Also, will my plants continue to grow...

Or should I let them sit on the plant a little longer after they already turned red?

Can anyone identify what made these holes and how I can try to prevent it from happening again?        

I picked off a couple because they looked good, but they were clearly not ready (no heat, bitterish taste).

I was wondering if I could use seeds from peppers grown this year in order to grow more plants for next year. Or should I just buy new seeds each year from the store?   If this is viable, then how can I store the seeds properly for next year?
