This is my never ending grow log, started in January 2011. I have bhut jolokias, chocolate habaneros, and red caribbean habaneros growing this year. Next year i will have a larger variety so stay tuned for that!

ok, my clumped raised bed plants are starting to take off now.

plants should be happy!so the storm last night turned out to be the worst dust storm ive seen in 30 years. took me 30min this morning just to wash off my plants. we did good get a good rain so my plants look happy even though they were covered in dirt. i wish i took some pics of the storm..it was epic!
picked a nice plate of peppers today and a few cherry tomatoes. i plan on making some strawberry hot sauce tonight. ill post some pics of the sauce later

What's the brown stuff in the ramekin?
my store bought berries were not as sweet as i like.. so thats a little brown sugar i blended with the berries to help them juice up.
made some grilled pineapple sauce today. came out really good and hot. i put it on some grilled salmon for dinner.

Picked more pods today, that chocolate hab at the bottom weighs 15g.

also used the juice from 2 limes, a pinch of sea salt, and a splash of white vinegar
