D3monic's 2015 Glog. Lots of Pods.

I had a great 2014 growing year and can't wait to get started on 2015. Had some issues with overwinters and aphids but I ditched them and nuked the basement. Here is last years Glog link

I just went through and cataloged my current seed list. Built up a bit of a collection over the course of the winter.

Edited seed list to just a drop box file on 1/31/15 CLICK HERE FOR SEED LIST If you have anything on my wanted list feel free to give me a shout.

I will keep this first page updated as I add things to the grow. Many still to get germinated.

Lemon Habanero
Murupi amarela
Carbanero

I'm drooling here! That is looking awesome! Gotta love stir fry. I sometimes get a little carried away with mine and no one wants to eat it due to the heat. But, I think that's what I was after to begin with. :onfire:

Yea everyone makes a big deal when things are spicy but this was a pretty spicy stirfry tonight so I'll give them that. They going to be in for a big surprise with the Cochinita as that should be nice and spicy too. I'll prolly finish it just like carnitas though by crisping it in bacon grease and topping it with bacon because, well BACON!

Grow is proceeding in great form, bud!
Some very healthy looking seedlings there.

Haha man that looks great. That snow is insane though, is it still coming?

Na it's from a few days ago, It was warmish past two days (35-40f) so a lot of it has melted but I still had to clear a path to the smoker and from around it.

Thanks, I have noticed that the seedling that where in the miracle grow organic are much lighter green than those that got planted in regular MG. I've started adding a very diluted solution of hydro grow nutes to their water. Especially now that they are transplanted to the promix. Was just getting ready to go downstairs and check on things and take a group shot. :)
Group shot of the babies.

Can see the big difference in color between miracle grow organic and the stand miracle grow potting mix. First two cups are organic and the rest are reg potting mix I had found in the garage. The rest the seedling trays are now promix and lighter green from being in the organic.

Love the way that fidalga looks

Thanks, sadly all the fidalgas look the same now no noticeable variation other than the ones that got transplanted are a lil further along than the ones that weren't. Looking forward to this plant if for nothing more than the vegetation. I may try to cross it with fitalii white though.

Yea they are very pretty peppers, hoping if crossed with the fitalii white it will bring in more flavor but keep some the puplish pods. I got a couple crosses in mind this summer.

Voice #1 in my head: Why are you not growing that beautiful pepper, you idiot.
Voice #2 in my head: Because I was an idiot & am already growing way too many.
sigh... so pretty though.

Nigel does a nice review/comparison of them with the fidalgo family. Made me want to add CGN21500 to my list as well.
