Mebby I should post this in the "I admit it" thread...but I'm kind of partial to Cattleman's.....

It has an old-school basic flavor, but is a ton of fun to "play" flavors with! It's how I got my feet wet with superhots, and it was a BLAST!!!!!

I love that some of you Foodies keep some of the basics in your fridge door shelves....for emergencies, and inspiration when needed!!!!!! :)

made mexican beef and skipped the shells ... we had 4 lb of beef, but only one packet ... so we made seasoning ourselves and it was good.

After finding ground turkey ok when blended 50/50 w/ beef for meatloaf, and at full-strength for lasagna, we tried it for Mexican ...

I have been out of the loop for a bit, and sad to say that this is the first time I have checked in on this thread for a while. Damn fine looking eats GM. You and I seem to have similar tastes in food. I did notice though that there is a lot less boozey pics in here than the drunken chef... You didn't quit drinking did you?
 
I agree, pretty much all of your food looks appealing to me ...

We haven't been drinking as much, that's a #truestory ... no real reason, though, other than being unusually slammed at work and rough mornings just put me in a hole from the start when it's like this ...

I should drop some pork rib debauchery this weekend, and i've got some other stuff i'm plotting for the near future ...
