Not a fan of any game out of Africa in particular, perhaps a few deer species.

White Tail deer, Mule Deer, and Wild Turkey. None of which I would eat. We have Steelhead, Trout, and other fish tho. Good eats. About 100 miles South there's Elk.
I really want to get on a good Mule deer or Elk hunt.

Lot's of fishing here as well, no onto that MOLE!

Muley are sage eatin' shit. Antelope is sage eatin' shit.

Elk? Bull is sage eatin' shit, the cows are lots smarter and eat the sweet grass out from unda the bulls.

Whitetail? Nomnomnomnomnom...All. Day. Long. Unless you're trophy hunting. Old bucks taste like sage eatin' shit.

But if you don't have whitetail? Well, there are ways around that sage eatin' shit.... :hell:

Anybody feel like making it with me? I'll post pics as I go.
Y'all need this stuff so go get it now. I ma start cooking in 2 hours (3:PM)

4 large chicken breasts split on the bone
8 Cups chicken broth
1 large onion
6 garlic cloves
1 green tipped banana
2-3 TBS raisins
1 tbs cinnamon
20 blanched almonds
3 TBS Pine Nuts
2 Corn Tortillas
1 stick butter
1 round mexican chocolate or 33-4 ounces any kind of chocolate. (Not baking)

Dried:
4-6 chile New Mexico
4-6 Chile Pasilla Negro
4-6 Chile Pasilla Ancho
4-6 Chile California
4-10? Chile Habanero

If you can't get all of these chiles, you can make it work with any of them, even like, Guajillos, just use more, like 12 of any one kind.
And don't forget Tequilla.

Let me know if any of you want in on this. Short notice? Meh~ lololol
