my inlaws brought me back a bottle of gator hammock when they went to florida in 2019. it was indeed pretty good.

Great sauce for grilled fish. Sweet and fruity with a mild/medium back of the throat burn that lingers for a few mins.
"Private Reserve" maybe @peppersproutfarm will enlighten us!
Not sure. This was the first time with this particular sauce.

I bought a whole bunch of hot sauces almost half a year ago....a few are already finished and the rest is quite on the way to being finished.
That were these....
Finishing what's left of those first but already bought a new bunch which are lined up...really not opening them before the others are completely finished

For dinner tonight I made pasta....with chicken (seasoned)/red onions/garlic/mushrooms....after having cooked added green beans/creme fraiche/red pesto.....and added quite a few drops of this one....Tabasco Scorpion (was the only one I already had opened and bought earlier in that new bunch.

.Great sauce. Good heat. The flavor is quite complex with smoke and orange bitterness that compliments the fiery pepper lineup of scorpion, scotch bonnet, chocolate ghost and Jalapeno. Perfect with my vegan nuggs.
LDHS "Hell Hound" with this morning's breakfast. I love this sauce specifically with fried potatoes
