pics What hot sauce are you using right now?

Great sauce for grilled fish. Sweet and fruity with a mild/medium back of the throat burn that lingers for a few mins.

I bought a whole bunch of hot sauces almost half a year ago....a few are already finished and the rest is quite on the way to being finished.

Finishing what's left of those first but already bought a new bunch which are lined up...really not opening them before the others are completely finished 😅.

For dinner tonight I made pasta....with chicken (seasoned)/red onions/garlic/mushrooms....after having cooked added green beans/creme fraiche/red pesto.....and added quite a few drops of this one....Tabasco Scorpion (was the only one I already had opened and bought earlier in that new bunch. 🙃.

Basic soft taco with Lucky Dog.

EDIT...ITS A BURRITO!!!....or so i have been told.....

What differentiates a soft taco from a soft burrito? It is the same ingredients...seasoned meat, beans, cheese, sour cream, sauce??? One is folded in half....the other is tucked and rolled...

I rescind my previous agreement about the burrito. THe ends were open, not tucked in, therefore, it's not a burrito! :) Taco!:metal:
