pics What hot sauce are you using right now?

The only enchilada that should be allowed to exist, is a stacked fried corn tortilla (3of em) each dipped in red chile, and layered with onion and a sprinkle of cheese, with a over easy or sunny side up egg on top and more red chile drizzled on for good measure! Fight me!

Nope, no fight from me on the OE or SSU, you can have it.... :sick:

I used to like over medium eggs. But after working in restaurants for years, and having to leave my breakfast of hashbrowns and eggs on the table to wait on customers, and then come back to a cold egg-soaked breakfast...at least with OH eggs that can be microwaved.


Now the the tortillas in red sauce with queso, thats good just as it is.

This hot head sauce is becoming a favorite. Good heat level without being overbearing and a great roasted bell flavor. Used on my breakfast of roasted potatoes, plant based chilli and eggs
