I have several Bhut Jolokia plants growing, and I need some help. My plants are doing great, but, the have a lot of buds but they don't turn into flowers. Plants are between 15 & 24" tall, are they too small to support flowering? Any help would be appreciated

To jjs7741 - to your comment "always get slower germination on the edges of the flat because the heat mat is cooler around the edges", I have had completely the opposite results, my seeds sprouted from the outside in. Most likely the difference in mat wouldn't you say?

Why is it everyone's "PREDICTIONS" come after the fact, wouldn't that be considered a "POSTDICTION" and if thats the case I have been 100% correct my entire life making "POSTDICTIONS"
