Yep, everyone can understand me, I just can't understand some Northern UK accents, and the Glasgow (Scottish) accent is really hard for me to get.
Hey you know I said I might have sounded a bit like Kate Winslet cross Keira Knightley? Well I've heard them two speak lately and I'm a bit more London (Cockney) sounding. I have American guests in the hotel and I can understand them fine.
About work, that was the shit. I spoke (moaned and swore) to my Dad about it and bless him he just put up with me too. On Monday I'm off work and I can't wait to spent more time with you. I just wish we could text too, stuff the cost.

I'm fed up with them, I can't have any holiday as it ends at the end of Feb or you lose it (no staff to cover shifts) otherwise I might get paid for the holiday I can't take or it gets carried over to the next year. I've got to go in half an hour early tomorrow too, fuck, after today I might not be there next year, most days are good, but when they're bad they're really bad.

No I don't feel tired yet. I worked half an hour extra because a manager did the night shift and didn't know how our computer system worked (yeah I can't figure that out either) then going home I found the road closed (yet there were no warning signs on the main road about this) so I had a long route to get back. I didn't sleep well and got to work half an hour early as I realised that I'd have to do the work the manager hadn't done last night on the computer as the banking on my shift wouldn't work, that took a few hours. So I did get some sleep from 1am-5am.
I've never had a day as busy as today, I was on the phone whilst typing, trying to sign language to guests, 4 faxes fell by my feet whilst doing this. My desk looked like an armed robbery had taken place.
