Well, I decided to try my hand at sauce making today, and learned an important lesson about the liquid capacity of my food processor.  :)  I was following a recipe that I found on this forum, and had all the peppers and garlic roasted, the carrots simmered, and added them to the food processor...

Thanks for the heads up.  Offer ends the May 20th 2014... I really don't like giving that much personal information, but I get a little weak willed when there is free hot sauce involved.  :)   Looks like it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery.  But hey... it is free.  :)

I have also found LDHS customer service to be simply amazing.  Every dealing I have had with Scott has gone extremely well, and I have been more than satisfied.  The sauce... well I can't say enough about it.  Delicious.  It is so great to find a sauce that isn't gimmicky, and concentrates more...

  Yeah.  It was pretty terrifying.  :)  I kept asking people if I was bleeding... in retrospect, it was probably more of a nip, but in my head Cujo was coming after me.

I picked one of these up a few weeks ago as well.  I looked around online, but couldn't find too much info about it.  Last year I tried growing some Golden Cayennes, but they just turned red.   :rolleyes:   I am not growing nearly the number of peppers that I did last year.  I still have a few...

Thanks for the reassurance.  I am pretty new to gardening in general, so I feared the worst when I saw them.  :)  Love this forum.

Last week we had a pretty heavy storm with strong winds, and a couple of my pepper plants broke partway up the stem.  They still look pretty healthy, but my fear is that this will stunt their growth.  Is it worth it to even try to save them?     Here is a pic of a jalapeno plant -- The other one...
